November 21, 2025ADI AWARDS HOMEY PAPER CLAY
Ceramiche Piemme selected for the 2025 ADI Design Index with the Homey Paper Clay Collection by Paola Paronetto.
Ceramiche Piemme is proud to announce that the Homey Paper Clay collection, designed by internationally renowned artist and designer Paola Paronetto, has been selected for inclusion in the 2025 ADI Design Index. This prestigious recognition, awarded by ADI’s Permanent Design Observatory, is a significant endorsement of the collection’s quality, innovation, and aesthetic value within the landscape of Italian design.
The ADI Design Index has long served as a benchmark for identifying and promoting the finest products, services, and research projects in Italian design. The selection of Homey Paper Clay reaffirms Ceramiche Piemme’s ability to combine manufacturing excellence with a strong artistic sensibility. This has been made possible through the collaboration with Paola Paronetto, whose poetic vision and meticulous attention to detail have brought to life a truly unique collection.
Homey Paper Clay stands out for its tactile surfaces and natural tones, which convey a sense of calm and lightness. The collection bridges the gap between traditional artistic ceramics and high-end industrial production—an embodiment of Italian craftsmanship that places creativity and artisanal care at its core.
Simone Bartolini, General Manager of Ceramiche Piemme, commented:
“Being selected by ADI is a major achievement that inspires us to continue pursuing innovation and excellence. Homey Paper Clay is the result of a special collaboration with Paola Paronetto, who has masterfully translated her artistic vision into a product that is both emotionally expressive and functionally refined.”
The collection will also be featured in an ADI-curated exhibition, with stops in Milan at the ADI Design Museum and in Agrigento, named Italian Capital of Culture 2025. These high-profile cultural and institutional venues offer a prestigious platform to present the project to a wider audience.
